Santa Greets You provides personalized Santa messages: bespoke recordings created from the details you provide and delivered on the dates you choose. Each message is a made-to-order product produced individually for your family. 2. A fictional family entertainment experience
Santa Greets You is a work of festive fiction created for family enjoyment. Santa Claus, the elves, the North Pole Communications Office, and all related characters, names, and settings are fictional and form part of an entertainment experience. Every personalized Santa message is produced by Santa Greets You and is not a communication from any real person, authority, or organization. Nothing provided through the service is intended to be relied upon as factual.
3. Ordering and formation of contract
Submitting the request form constitutes a request for our service, not a completed purchase. We will confirm your selected package, delivery schedule, and price, and provide a secure payment link. A binding contract is formed only once we have accepted your order and payment has been received.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on our website. Standard pricing applies year-round, with a slightly higher Christmas Rush price for orders placed between 20 and 24 December. The price that applies to your order is the one confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
5. Your information and responsibilities
- You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or are otherwise authorized to submit the details you provide.
- You confirm that the details you provide are accurate and lawful, and that you have the right to share them.
- You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others.
6. Personal information
We use the personal information you provide, including any information relating to a child, solely to create and deliver your personalized Santa message. Children's personal information is never sold, and is not shared with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver the service. Our full data practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Delivery
We deliver each personalized Santa message by email to the address you provide (and any additional delivery methods we may offer in future), at the scheduled date and time in the time zone you select. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for checking the relevant inbox or spam folder. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by inaccurate details or by your email or network providers.
8. Corrections, cancellations, and refunds
Because each personalized Santa message is a custom product made specifically for you, the following applies:
- Before production begins. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we begin preparing your message — up to the day before your first scheduled message.
- Once production has begun. Your order becomes non-refundable, as work has commenced on a bespoke product made to your specification. By placing your order you request that production may begin during any statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that, once it does, your right to cancel for a refund is lost.
- Free corrections. If we make a genuine production error — for example in personalization, pronunciation, audio quality, or delivery — we will correct it at no additional cost, regardless of the refund position above.
"Production" means the point at which we begin scripting, recording, or otherwise producing your personalized Santa message. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in this section affects rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Intellectual property
The personalized Santa message delivered to you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial family use. All intellectual property in the Santa Greets You name, branding, characters, scripts, recordings, voices, and website content remains the property of Santa Greets You or its licensors.
10. Service quality and liability
We strive to provide every family with a high-quality personalized experience. While we cannot guarantee individual reactions or enjoyment, we will correct genuine production errors as described above. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order governs that order.
12. Governing law
