If something's off in the personalization, pronunciation, audio quality, or delivery, just tell us and we'll correct it at no additional cost. Most of the time that's all it takes to make it perfect.
Cancelling for a refund
- You can cancel for a full refund at any time before Santa starts preparing your message — up to the day before your first scheduled message.
- Once preparation has begun, your order is being hand-made for your child, so the free correction above applies instead of a refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Because each message is a custom, made-to-order digital product, we can offer a generous cancellation window before work begins — and stand fully behind the quality with a free correction afterwards. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
